Settings for Probate Court 1 Only

The Probate of Wills Docket is heard each Tuesday at 10:00am, 11:00am, and 2:00pm. Requests must be received by 5:00pm on the Wednesday before the hearing date. This form is to set uncontested hearings only on the probate docket.

Once you have sent your information, you should receive confirmation via email within 4 business hours. If you do not receive confirmation within 4 business hours, please contact the Court at 713-368-6700. If you need confirmation sooner, please contact the court directly.

Practice Tip: The Current Probate Docket in the "Links" box shows the dockets for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Check there first to see how many are already booked on the dockets before you make your choice.
