Guardianship Docket Hearing Request Form

Settings for Probate Court 1 Only

The Guardianship Docket is heard each Wednesday at 11:00am. Requests must be received by 5:00pm on the Wednesday before the hearing date. This form is to set uncontested hearings only on the guardianship docket.

Once you have sent your information, you should receive confirmation via email within 4 business hours. If you do not receive confirmation within 4 business hours, please contact the Court at 713-368-6700. If you need confirmation sooner, please contact the court directly.

Practice Tip: The Current Guardianship Docket in the "Links" box shows the dockets for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Check it first to see whether there is an available position on the docket for the date you are requesting. Each week's docket can generally accomodate up to 6 guardianship hearings.
